Well i've decide to write in this blog from today.. i promise to myself i'll write atleast a line everyday...:D.i'm typin this when i'm listenin to stairway to heaven..so there is this thing if ever u lose your windows 7 password . u can always reset it..:D so read on ..
we'll be using ubuntu to do this.
slip in an ubuntu disc to your pc and restart it.
let it load into a live os mode..
so now go into my computer and load up the partition of windows 7..
once u've loaded it up go into directory called windows in that partition and then into system32.
u'll find a file named sethc.exe copy it it somewhere else as a backup. now delete the original file.
copy cmd.exe into the same directory and rename it as sethc.exe.
now restart into windows.press the shift key 5 times when u are at the login screen.and voila cmd pops up.
type into it "net user USERNAME *"
it will ask you for a password.
type into it whichever password u like.
u are back to using your computeras you were before..:D
